Basically, we send mobile theatres throughout the world, to countries which are safe enough for our crew and equipment. This means that we do not go to war zones and countries where we cannot guarantee the safety of our crew. The mobile theatre can be used at temperatures from -40 up to +50 degrees Celsius in the most desolate areas throughout the world. Pilot Meds on Wheels
Meds on Wheels is currently negotiating with several international non-profit organizations active in Asia, Africa and Europe. Depending on the projects they support, we will decide in which country the pilot will take place. We would prefer to start the pilot in North Korea, a preference based on lack of medical care and the large amount of people suffering from blindness and reduced vision. During the pilot, we will demonstrate why our mobile operating theatres are needed and also how flexible they are.
